Here at DBC, we take the most pride in making cakes and a wide variety of other items that truly WOW clients. Due to the fresh local nature of our products flavors vary season to season. UpRising Bakery Cafe is not liable for the use or outcome of out of season fruits, vegetables, or flavors. In the rare event you are unhappy with a finished product, notify UpRising Bakery Cafe via email same day consumption, no later than 11:59pm of that day, or during delivery/pickup. We do not offer cash/credit refunds for unless they are missing from order. We may issue a UpRising Bakery Cafe gift certificate, at our discretion.
