UpRising Bakery
UpRising Bakery is known for our allergen friendly items, eco-conscience operations, and incredibly talented cake decorators. We serve scratch-made desserts and bakery items in a unique fashion to the McHenry County area. We showcase two completely transparent kitchens; dedicated gluten free and traditional main kitchen. We are in the process of building our dedicated nut-free kitchen. We currently offer an extensive menu, including gluten free, vegan, dairy free, egg free, sugar free, peanut free, tree nut free, keto, and of course traditional items; all of which are organic, plant based, non-GMO, and/or locally sourced.
UpRising Café
UpRising is a neighborhood destination café serving scratch-made bakery items as well as fresh & healthy breakfast-to-dinner options. We showcase the largest dedicated Plant Based (Vegan) Café menu cooked onsite. Our vegan café menu is 100% dedicated gluten free; all of which are organic, and/or non-GMO, and/or locally sourced. The Café menu is a perfect addition to the growing health conscious focus of the families and businesses in the area. We offer the customer a chance to step out of the daily hustle into a relaxed and comfortable environment, complete with the sights and sounds. Lunch becomes an event and even the purchasing of a bakery item, leaves the customers smiling.
UpRising Bar
UpRising Bar is a fun addition to the already vast offering to McHenry County. Organic and locally roasted coffee and tea bar by day and exclusive micro bar by night offering local-micro-brews and organic vegan wines for those over 21years of age. Keeping with our theme of eco-conscience we offer BYOM(Bring Your Own Mug) services, allowing us to reduce our use of to-go containers and rewarding like-minded customers with a BYOM discount!
UpRising Events
UpRising Bakery and Café will be hosting weekly events and cooking classes for all ages.
